Don't forget, Loch Low-Minn is still open for for the 2021 open water diving season until the end of this month, including the weekend of October 30-31! That means that there are only four weekends left, so don't miss your chance to sharpen your skills, try out new gear, and enjoy the beautiful autumn foliage reflected in the clean and warm water.
Despite the cooler nights, the loch is slow to loose the warmth it absorbed over the summer, so the water will stay pretty much the same temperature throughout October. We will continue to be open on weekends, 9am until 6pm, for the rest of the month, and we hope to see you soon!
We'd like to give everyone a heads up that Loch Low-Minn is back in business after last week's hiatus and will be open regular business hours on weekends.
Airfills will be available, but we ask you to bring your tanks to the compressor station and pick them up after re-fill. We will not be able to pick them up from the diving area this time. Sorry for inconvenience. Tank and other equipment rentals and are also available.
Unfortunately, Loch Low-Minn will be closed the entirety of Labor Day Weekend (Saturday 9/4 through Monday 9/6), due to an upcoming medical procedure. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we hope everyone has an awesome, fun, and safe Labor Day! We hope to see you again soon!
Loch Low-Minn will be open during regular business hours July 3rd and 4th. We are excited to celebrate Independence Day with you all as you explore the crystal clear waters alongside our friendly paddlefish!. We will be closed on Monday, July 5th for a private event. As always, stay safe, and we look forward to seeing you!
Loch Low-Minn would like to invite you to join us this Memorial Day in honoring the brave heroes who have made the ultimate sacrifice for this country.
The loch will be open on Monday in addition to regular weekend business hours. Our compressor is back up and running, so air fills and tank rentals are available. We wish you all a happy Memorial Day weekend and hope to see you soon.
It's almost time to welcome in a brand new season of open water diving at Loch Low-Minn!
The weather is warming up enough for wet suits, and the date has been set! The Loch opens again for the 2021 season on Saturday, May 1st! Regular business hours are weekends, 9am - 6pm, with doors closing at 4pm (hours are subject to change based on weather conditions).
The water is currently a nice 63°F at the surface and 51°F on the bottom at 80'. Visibility is around 35ft, but this will improve as the brunt of the pollen season passes.
COVID-19 still affects all of us, one way or another, but we plan on making this season as safe as possible. We look forward to seeing all our old friends and making new ones during the summer of 2021! Whether you have been vaccinated or not, please remember to follow these simple rules:

There is a gauge of water temperature, a map of underwater attractions, a list of rules and prices, and waivers you'll want to download and pre-fill ahead of your visit to get straight to diving!
